Ooo, what’s that?
From the very first time I saw a dildo with a handle, I wanted one. Like all Tantus sex toys, the Echo is made of 100% pure platinum silicone. It’s shiny on the insertable part, and matte on the handle. It’s one of those “just right” dongs with regard to insertable length and girth. It’s kinda spirally, but not quite. The ribs terminate on the back, leaving that side mostly textureless.

What’s it for?
Fucking yourself. Fucking your partner. Vagina, penis, mouth, whatever. It all works. Just be careful with the whole mouth fucking thing. Wouldn’t want to jam it down your partner’s throat.

The first time I used this toy, I went all out. I was worried that if I wasn’t careful, I wouldn’t be able to insert it right. It’s a little wobbly, and I expected it to kind bow during thrusting and cause discomfort. So what better way to avoid that than to prop yourself up with the Liberator Wedge, and get absolutely comfortable, right? Right.
That worked. There was no wobbliness or odd bowing. And of course, when I tried it again, I realized my fears were unfounded. It’s so easy to use, M got it right on the first try. No cervix banging or anything.
The handle really makes it, though. I’m a writer. That means there’s always a pen in my hand or a keyboard under my fingers. This also means all sorts of writing-related ailments—like arthritis, carpal tunnel, hand cramps—crop up at the most inopportune times. Like when I’m about to cum.
Getting a hand cramp when you’re fucking yourself sucks. Getting TWO hand cramps because you haven’t had an orgasm, yet, and you’ve already switched hands more times than you can count sucks even worse.
With the Echo, I don’t get hand cramps. Tantus needs to come add handles to all my silicone dildos, please and thanks.
I really dig the way they went with the texture. I find toys that have ribs going all the way around can sometimes be too much texture for me. The size is pretty much perfect. This toy would totally be in my Ecstasy Bag if it fit. I guess it’s time to pick up some of those Ziplocks that are big enough to put my cat inside.

Anything else I should know?
Wash with non-abrasive antibacterial soap and water. Disinfect it by boiling it, tossing it in the top drawer of your dishwasher, or wiping it down with a 10% bleach/90% water solution. Store it with your other silicone. For best results, use waterbased lube. If you prefer silicone lube, just be sure to spot test on the handle before combining the two in your orifices.
